Marie and Noel Hertzog of Maxatawny Township can’t wait to eat their apple dumplings and ice cream served to them by Darlene Berk of Kempton. Volunteers made 400 dumplings, 70 small and 24 large apple pies, and 14 pans of apple crisp.
