Kuhnsville Lions Club chicken barbecue benefits local programs
The Kuhnsville Lions Club held a chicken barbecue fundraiser on April 28 in the grove at Jordan UCC, South Whitehall Township.
Kuhnsville Lions Club is affiliated with the Lions Clubs International, based in Oakbrook Ill., which has more than 1.4 million members worldwide serving in 46,000 local clubs such as Kuhnsville.
The mission of the Kuhnsville Lions Club is to help fund programs that benefit those with vision and hearing loss in the Lehigh Valley.
Helping Hands of the Lehigh Valley is also a recipient of the Lions’ generosity.
The club holds an annual Christmas party at St. John’s UCC, Fogelsville, for hearing and vision impaired individuals.
