Weisenberg Lowhill Township Historical Society at the old Zimmerman's Hotel, Werleys Corner, is opening its doors from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. May 10 for a genealogy workshop. The library will be open as well.

Ziegels Union Church Junior Youth Group is hosting a movie night starting 6 p.m. on May 10 for kids ages 3 through sixth grade. The movie is "Frozen."

The Mission Team will cook up its fifth shrimp boil 4-6 p.m. May 18.
